Refund Processing Times

Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.

Processing speed depends on the payment provider and can vary by method and region.

  • Support review: typically within 24-72 hours.
  • Payment reversal timeline: typically 3-10 business days after approval.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation prevents future billing or future purchases. It does not always imply immediate refund eligibility.

When access remains active through an already-paid period, service may continue until period end.
